Sri Lanka 's hopes for a strong start in their latest international match were dashed as they lost early wickets against Oman in a crucial encounter.  The match, part of the ongoing series, has seen the Sri Lankan top order falter under pressure, leaving their middle order to rebuild. From the very first over, Sri Lanka’s batting lineup faced intense pressure from Oman's bowlers .  The team was quickly reduced to 30 for 3, with key players failing to find their rhythm.  Star batsman Kusal Mendis was dismissed early, while Dimuth Karunaratne and Dinesh Chandimal struggled to score quickly before both were dismissed cheaply.
